Phillips Build has an extensive portfolio of extensions and refurbishments throughout the Berkhamsted, Tring and surrounding areas. Most of our work in this area comes from our previous clients who recommend us to family, friends or colleagues.

We work hard to minimise the impact of this type of work on our clients, many of whom make the decision to live within their home whilst the work is being completed. Attention to detail not just in the specification but to the requirements of our clients has brought much repeat business.

Phillips Build is registered with the National House Building Council (NHBC), to build new residential properties. This enables the completed project to be guaranteed for 10 years upon completion, a standard requirement for mortgages companies.

Our latest new build project Cherry tree barn was highly commended for its design and the execution of the project and is currently being featured in a number of industry magazines
