The Hunt Yard, Oxfordshire

The Hunt Yard was bought for development and Phillips were instructed for the site management and delivery of key areas, see ‘The Kennels’. The main building was converted and extended into; four spacious dwellings of various sizes, new build garages and an annex were constructed behind, allowing the frontage to stay as pedestrian access with views over the fields and valley.
