The Kennels, Oxfordshire

As part of the Hunt yard development Phillips were instructed to deliver ‘The Kennels’ the only detached house development on site with a new build quadruple garage with annex above totally over 5000 sq ft of living space. The original part of the building was taken back to just stone work and everything else rebuilt. Internal features included a concrete staircase, stone walls and oak trusted roof to kitchen. The landscaped garden where we used the natural spring on site to form a rill which continually flows as a water feature to the main area.
